[Construction Example] Installation of a scissor lift associated with the construction of a food factory.

Case study of the production and installation of a mobile all-SUS scissors lift and PC safety fence.

We would like to introduce a case where we implemented the installation of a scissor lift for a customer who is establishing a food factory in the steel industry. The customer expressed a desire to create a flexible system for changing the layout of logistics and flow during the construction of the second factory. During the construction of the first factory, the use of an elevator led to high costs, as well as challenges related to cleaning and layout changes. Based on the customer's request, we conducted a site survey and proposed a scissor lift instead of an elevator. To simplify cleaning, we selected a special lift made entirely of stainless steel and chose a model that allows for the addition of casters to the legs for mobility.
